Redi-Mail Direct Marketing Adds the American Dental
Association Database to its Growing List of Database Licenses
- Announcement Follows on Heels of Recent News That Redi-Mail Holds
One of Only Ten Database Licenses for the
American Medical Association’s Data -
FAIRFIELD, N.J. - February 14, 2005 - Redi-Mail Direct Marketing, an operating unit of Redi-Direct Marketing, Inc., today announced it has added the American Dental Association’s database to its data assets. Founded in 1859, the American Dental Association (ADA) now has more than 150,000 members and is the largest and oldest national dental association in the world.
"Gaining the ability to resell the ADA database is a natural extension of our strong foothold in the life sciences industry," said Thomas R. Buckley, co-founder of Redi-Direct Marketing. "Our clients include many of the major advertising agencies and this database will enable them to tailor marketing programs specifically for dentists. This data is also a valuable tool to our other clients in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing and insurance industries that want to target this affluent audience."
The American Dental Association, Survey Center, 2003 Survey of Dental Practice showed the average net income of general practitioners to be $174,350 and the average net income of specialists (as a group) to be $291,250. Available in the ADA database are members, non-members and dental students and this data can be selected based on fields such as member type, school attended, dental specialty, practitioner type and location.
