Intelligent Mail® Barcode
Next generation of USPS barcode technology used to sort and track letters and flats. Intelligent Mail Barcode expands the ability to track individual pieces of mail and provides customers with greater visibility into their mailing process. IMB enables marketers to forecast delivery of individual mail pieces, making it easier to plan for volume and timing of incoming responses and appropriate resources. Marketers can also target precise in-home delivery dates to coordinate with other aspects of multi-channel campaigns.
Mailers can save additional money by using IMB, which enables maximum postal discounts.

Redi-Mail is also pursuing certification for the USPS’ Mail Preparation Total Quality Management (MPTQM) program. Designed by industry mailers to help businesses prepare letter mailings that meet or exceed US Postal Service processing quality standards, the program is based upon three internationally recognized quality methodologies, ISO 9000, the Malcolm Baldridge Performance Excellence criteria and Total Quality Management, creating a new mailing industry benchmark for customer service and product quality.
