Redi-Mail Digital Printing Technologies:

Xerox iGen3™

At up to 110 pages per minute or 6,600 letter-size pages per hour, the Xerox iGen3 allows for rapid turnaround. Using SmartPress Technology™, the iGen3 adjusts ink and imaging for each sheet passing through the press, which means that different paper stocks and substrates can be mixed into one print run, even if each page has different graphics, text or images – perfect for variable data campaigns.

In addition to high-quality digital printing, Redi-Mail offers a variety of imaging technologies.

One of the many advantages of the equipment Redi-Mail operates is its ability to integrate seamlessly into the Redi-Mail production workflow processes. Océ provides UP3I, an open standard, smart communication between devices on a production line. This technology combined with Redi-Mail’s Mail-Tech™ production workflow processes, ensures projects are carefully monitored and quality is assured every step of the way.

Océ VarioStream

Redi-Mail operates the Océ VarioStream series of digital printers with features and capabilities that improve speed, productivity and accuracy of digital printing projects.

Océ VarioStream features include:

• Superior continuous form imaging technology

• Pinless or tractor-feed transport

• Adjustable dpi capability

• Simplex, duplex and triplex capacity

• Prints forms with attached perforated cards

• Accepts variety of substrates: lightweight, card stock, surface finish and uncoated

The Océ VarioStream is engineered for maximum performance and handles print speeds from 190 to 636 pages per minute. Adjustable 240 dpi, 300 dpi and graphic quality 600 dpi is available with optional CustomToneTM color or MICR.

WaveJet Addressing System

The WaveJet addressing system provides the capacity to deliver vibrant and professional direct mail pieces on a wide variety of paper stocks including most non-porous, coated stocks. WaveJet features include:

• Combines up to 4 print heads on a single system

• Text, graphics and barcode retention

• Multiple font use within text boxes

• Right angle or inline design

• Windows™ true type fonts

Rite-Jet Imaging System

The Rite-Jet imaging system can image a 14” x 24” form or self-mailer, simplex or duplex at 600 x 600 dpi. It accommodates all Windows fonts as well as bar codes including post net and planet codes. The Rite-Jet also includes 180° and 360° rotation of fonts, that is often required for Business Reply Cards (BRCs). The Rite-Jet uses HP ink technology and images in black or 13 other colors and can fold, wafer seal or spot glue in line.
