PostalOne!

The PostalOne!^® system offers a Web-based alternative to existing manual mailing processes with an electronic suite of services designed exclusively for business mailers. It features automated, streamlined electronic documentation used in the business mail acceptance process.

The system links a customer's mailing information electronically with US Postal Service acceptance, verification and payment systems, eliminating most of the paperwork. When a postal customer files a permanent change of address with their local post office, the move is added to NCOA ^Link, where change of address information is kept for 18 months. When a name and address on your mailing list matches a name and “old” address on NCOA ^Link, you will automatically receive the new address.

In addition to CASS certifying your mailing list, NCOA ^Link can help reduce the cost of maintaining a list, reduce the cost of mailing, increase the number of pieces that reach their intended destination, and reduce the time it takes for your mail to be delivered. LACS Processing

Many communities across the country have changed from rural route box numbers to city style addresses. Locatable Address Conversion System (LACS) processing is a service that converts these old, invalid addresses on your database to the new and correct addresses that exist on the LACS file.

DSF Processing

The Delivery Sequence File (DSF) is a complete address file of every valid delivery point in the U.S. DSF helps you qualify for postal discounts by standardizing addresses and assigning ZIP+4 and Carrier Route codes. Records that do not match DSF have a high probability of being undeliverable.
